My name is Marcus Recile 

I'm Marcus, and I'm the founder and chief cultivator at Bardmoor Greens. With over nine years of experience in horticulture and four years working in contract research organizations, I've honed my skills in growing microgreens and gained a deep understanding of the importance of quality and compliance in the food industry.


My passion for microgreens began when I discovered the incredible nutritional value and flavor that these young plants offer. I quickly became fascinated with the science of growing microgreens and how to optimize their growth for maximum yield and quality.


But my passion for microgreens goes beyond just their nutritional value. I believe that microgreens have the power to transform the way people eat and think about food. That's why I'm committed to providing my community with access to high-value crops, empowering people to make healthy food choices, and educating them about the ease of healthy food habits.

At Bardmoor Greens, I use sustainable growing practices and implement the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to produce the freshest and most flavorful microgreens possible. I'm constantly experimenting with new growing techniques to ensure that every batch of microgreens meets the highest standards of quality and safety.


We are more than just a microgreens business. It's a way for me to make a positive impact on my community and the environment. I'm passionate about creating a sustainable and ethical farming operation that benefits everyone involved, from the local community to the planet as a whole.
